Roasted tea jelly with fruits

75cc roasted tea
0.5g agar flour
3g beet sugar
25cc soymilk
20g kiwi fruit
20g strawberry


1. Put roasted tea and agar flor into a pan, boil and melt agar.

2. Put 1. into a container, when remove remained heat, and cook it down in a refrigerator.

3. Heat soymilk in a microwave, mix lakanto and cool it down (syrup).

4.Once chill jelly, cut into dice pieces and put syrup and jelly into a container.

5. Cut kiwi fruit and strawberry into bite size pieces and put on jelly.

It is a healty dessert using roast tea, one of Japanese traditional teas.
Please serve syrup→ jelly → fruits in turn and make it look attractive.
