Teriyaki of Chicken thigh


<Basic information>

・Preparation time:20 minutes

<Ingredient&Amount>

1/2 piece(Approx150g)Halal certified chicken thigh
1 big spoon soy sauce
1 big spoon sweet cooking rice wine of seasoning
1/2 big spoon beet sugar

*1 big spoon: 15g

<Direction>

1. Wipe water of chicken thigh by a kitchen paper. Cut and open the thick part and avarage the thickness.
Mix soy sauce, sweet cooking rice wine of seasoning and beet sugar.

2. Line chicken put skin down on a fry pan and cook on medium heat for approx 5 minutes.
When extra oil comes out, wipe by a kitchen paper.

3. Turn over when the skin side goes crispy. Put a cover, steam and roast on low heat for 4-5 minutes and cook in the middle.

4. Wipe extra oil by a kitchen paper and add seasoning after mixed.
Boil on medium, turn over meat up and down, mix sauce and ready to serve.

<Cooking point>

・It is hard to cook the thik part of meat and please heat enough.
・Since it is delicious even if it is cool down, highly recommended for a lunch box.
