Tofu shiratama (Tofu rice flour dumpling)

<Basic information>

80g rice flour
80g silken tofu
Proper amout of toasted soybean flour
Proper amount of brown sugar syrup


1. Put rice flour and tofu into a bowl, knead the flour well, divide into 16 pieces and make into a ball.

2. Boit plenty of water in a pan and once boiled, put 1. and boit them.

3. Once float rice flour balls and boil for further 1 minute, put them in a cold water and drain them.

4. Put rice flour balls, add toasted soybean flour and brown sugar syrup and ready to serve.


<Cooking point>
When you knead rice and tofu, make it as earlap hardness.
