80g silken tofu
75g soft wheat flour
15g beet sugar
2g baking powder
200ml canola oil
1. Drain off water of tofu.
2. Mix tofu by a egg beater whisk until disappear block of tofu.
3. Put beet sugar, egg and then kinds of flour in turn, mix in every step.
4. When the dough comes together, put into oil at 180℃ and fry until it get brown.
5. Flour sugar and ready to serve.
This is healthy snacks using tofu, not using milk.
