Chicken minced soup

<Basic Information>

– Cooking time: 20 minutes


<Ingredients >

50g Halal chicken minced meat
1/8 Deep-fried tofu
1/4 Onions
1/8 Ginger root
250cc Most soup
3/4 Miso tablespoon



1. Slice the onions into half.
2. Grate the ginger root.
3. Put the minced chicken in a bowl, onions, and ginger make rounds smaller than golf ball.
4. Cut the deep fried tofu into bite sized pieces.
5. Cut the remaining half of the onions into 2 cm length.
6. Put the most soup into the pan, before boiling put other ingredient’s to.
7. Put in beaten miso, and now it’s done.
