Bitter gourd chanpuru with beef

100g halal certified beef
1/2 bitter gourd
1/2 deep fried tofu
2 big spoons soy sauce
Pinch of salt and pepper
2 big spoons sesame oil
*A big spoon: 15cc
1. Cut bitter gourd into sliced pieces, put them into salted water and rub them. Cut vegetables and deep fried gourd into proper size pieces.
2. Put oil into a pan, put beaten egg, and then put beef. Afterwards, put and fry vegetables and dried gourd.
3. Arrange the taste with soy sauce, salt and pepper. At last, put sesame oil, give a good flavour and ready to serve.
If you like strong taste, you can add more soy sauce.
If you put egg into a pan, do not mix immediately, and leave for a short time, it spread and become bigger fried egg.
