Simmered flatfish


<Basic information>

・Preparation time:30 minutes

 

<Ingredient&Amount>
80g flatfish
30g burdock
30g carrot
9g sugar
18g soy sauce
18g honey

 

<Directions>
1. Cut burdock and carrot into strips.

2. Put water to fill flatfish (excluding integredient), sugar, soy sauce and honey and boil them.

3. Once boiled the soup, put burdock and carrot, sugar and soysauce and boil them.

4. Once the soup get thick, ready to serve.

 

<Cooking point>
You can use alfonsino instead of flatfish.
If you boil in a fry pan, you can put fish in a single layer and prevent from breaking up.
