Non fried crispy chicken

<Basic information>
・Serving size: 1 person
・Preparation time: 30 minutes


1 piece halal certified chicken thigh
A pinch of salt
1 small spoon grated garlic
1 small spoon grated ginger
1 big spoon soysource
1 big spoon wheat flour
1 big spoon potato starch
Proper amount salad oil

*1 small spoon : 5g, 1 big spoon: 15g


1. Cut chicken thigh into bite sized pieces and sprinkle salt.

2. Put chicken into a plastic bag, and add garlic, ginger and soysource, then mix and knead. Leave for 10 minutes.

3. Heat extra oil in a pan and cook with the skin side down after slapping powder mixed wheat flour and potato starch with above 2. meat.
Cook both sides for 5-6 minutes and ready to serve.


<Cooking point>
Please be reminded that you do not use oil which flied pork when you fry.

If you use a teflon coated pan, you can reduce the oil amount and make it a low calorie and healthy.
