Inari sushi (Sushi wrapped in fried bean curd)


<Basic information>

<Ingredient&Amount>
1 sheet of deep fried bean curd
2cc water
6g sugar
6g soy sause

■Mixed vinegar
6g vinegar
2g sugar

55g rice

 

<Directions>
1. Cut a deep fried been curd in half lengthwise.

2. Put it in a strainer and put a boild water from the above and drain off oil.

3. Put water and a deep fried been curd and boil them.

4. Put sugar and soy sause and boil on medium heat for 10 minutes.

5. Stop the fire and cook it covered.

6. Mix mixed vinegar materials (vinegar and sugar).

7. Add seasoner 6. onto rice and mix, and make vinegared rice.

8. Extract a deep fried been curd lightly and fill up vinegared rice7. into it.
