Boiled whitebaite bowl

<Basic information>

・Preparation time: 5 minutes

200g rice
30g boiled whitebaite
1 egg yolk
15g green onion
A pinch of halal soy sauce
A pinch of ginger
A pinch of seaweed


1. Cook rice and put in a don.

2. Flour seaweed.

3. Serve whitebaite to make a circle.

4. Put egg yolk in the middle.

5. Add green onion, put ginger and soy sauce, and ready to serve.

Boiled whitebaite is to make juvenile anchovy boil with salt and you can buy them easily at the supermarket in Japan.
Please season with spicy.
