Simmered chinese cabbage and deep fried tofu

<Ingredient&Amount>
100g chinese cabbage
100g deep fried tofu
200cc broth
6g sugar
10g soy sauce

 

<Directions>
1. Cut chinese cabbage into 4-5cm width pieces and cut deep fried tofu into easy-to-eat pieces.

2. Put sugar and soy sauce into broth and boil all, add cut chinese cabbage and deep fried tofu and boil quickly.

※Prepare broth by seaweed and dried bonito in advance.

 

<Cooking point>
Please choose deep fried tofu, to be made of soybeans which are not genetically altered soybeans and to be fried by vegetable oil.
