Seafood okonomiyaki

<Basic information>

40g wheat flour
1 egg
50ml broth
20g yam
20g shrimp
20g squid
150g cabbage
20g green onion
Proper amount of oil


Proper amount of dried bonito
Proper amount of green laver
1 small spoon of soy sauce
1 big spoon of halal certified mayonnaise

*A small spoon: 5cc/5g

*A big spoon: 15cc/15g


1. Peel and grate a yam and cut cabbage into tiny pieces.

2. Put wheat flour and egg into broth and add and mix rest of materials.

3. In a pan in putting oil, lay the dough 2. and cook the bothside to heat through the middle.

4. Serve on a place and add sauce mixed soy sauce and mayonnaise and flour green laver.
