Colorful seafood carpaccio


<Basic information>

<Ingredient&Amount>
60g salmon

30g shrimp
1/2 onion
4 cherri tomatos
20g baby leaf
10g yellow paprika
10g red paprika
20g cream cheese
A pinch of radish sprouts

 

■Dressing:
1/4 lemon
1/2 small spoon salt
1/2 big spoon olive oil
1/2 big spoon rice vinegar
A pinch of black pepper
A pinch of grated garlic

*A small spoon: 5cc/5g

*A big spoon: 15cc/15g

 

<Directions>
1. Cut onion into thin slices and put them in water.

2. Cut red and yellow paprika into thin slices.

3. Boil shrimp and cook it.

4. Cut salmon into bite size pieces.

5. Mix olive oil, lemon squeeze, salt black pepper, vinegar and garlic well.

6. Put sliced onion and paprika on a big plate, serve salmon, shrimp, cream cheese and cherry tomaton on it with beautiful look.

7. At last, pull dressing for the whole.

Lemon for serving can not be squeezed all and partially can be sliced and served.
