Salba chia banana muffin! No butter, No milk.


<Basic information>

・Serving size: 6 muffin cup (M size)
・Preparation time:40 minutes

 

<Ingredients & Amount>

・2 bananas
・1 egg
・50cc Olyza brown oil
・50g brown sugar (made from sugarcane)
・200g (1 pack) pancake mix flour
・1 big spoon of Salba chia
・3 big spoon of water

 

<Directions>

1、Put Salba chia and water into a small dish and make Chia seed absorb water.

Pre-heat at 180 degrees in the oven.
2、Put 1 and 2/3 banana into a bowl, and crush it roughly.

Slice the remaining 1/3 banana into 6 pieces for topping.

3、Add egg and brown rice oil and mix.

Then add brown sugar, pancake mix flour, and Salba chia and mix.

4、Put 3 dough in until the fifth to sixth minute of the muffin cup. Decorate the topping banana and bake in a 180 degree oven for 25 minutes.

Stick the bamboo skewer and make it when the fire has passed through the inside.
