“The First Muslim Acceptance Course” at Urayasu International Association


On October 16th 2016, HALAL RECIPES JAPAN held “The First Muslim Acceptance Course” for the Japanese family who accepted junior high and high school students in Malaysia.

It was the offer from Urayasu International Association in Chiba prefecture.

 

More than 20 people participated and learned the basic knowledge about Islam, the specific examples of things you must be careful with raw materials for Muslim, things you have to be careful about cooking for Muslim and so on.

 

After the lecture, I cooked a HALAL chicken dish with HALAL certified chicken and our recipe in fact. Everyone tasted it and recognized HALAL dishes is not only for Muslim, but for ALL.

From the housewives who participated, we received the words “I learned very hardly”, “It was easy to understand”, “It would be possible to do so”.

We have succeeded to make participants understand our concept, “How to welcome Muslim with food that we can buy at the supermarket”.

 

I would like to continue to devote myself to developing Muslim’s acceptable talent.
