Vinegared cucumber, seaweed and shirasu

<Basic information>

40g(1/2 of 1) cucumber
15g seaweed
25g shirasu

4g beet sugar
7g vinegar
1g soy sauce
0.1g salt
1. Slice cucumber and put seaweed in water.

2. Mix seasoners in a bowl, mix ingredients and ready to serve.


<Cooking point>
If the total weight of ingredients is under 80g, please change the quantity allocation freely.
Please use sprout+carrot+enoki mushroom, cabbage+carrot+crab, strips fried egg+sprout+ cucumber etc as you like.
