Sweet pickled ginger


<Basic information>

<Ingredient&Amount>

200g young ginger

1 small spoon salt

200cc vinegar

70g sugar

1 small spoon honey (For heat. If you cannot find it, there is no problem.)

*1 small spoon: 5g/5cc

<Direction>

1. Peel young ginger using by a spoon and slice as thin as possible by remained a red part.
(By remained a red part, the completion image shall be colored in pink. You can use a peeler instead of a spoon.)
2. Prepare sweet vinegar. Put vinegar and sugar in a heat resistant container, and melt sugar at 600w of a microwave for 10 seconds.

3. Powder salt on 1. After approx 10 minutes pass, boil it in hot water.
(A spicy flavor of ginger depends on a boiling time. It gets spicy if the time goes longer.)
Drain in a strainer, squeeze lightly and put materials in sweet vinegar while materials are hot (The key point is to color in pink.).

<Cooking point>

If you put them in a sterile hermetic container, you could store in a refrigerator. Please serve with sushi.
