Herb sauteed with shimeji and maitake mushrooms

<Basic information>

Serving size: 1 person
Preparation time: 10 minutes



1/2 pack Shimeji mushroom
1/2 pack Maitake mushroom
1/2 fragment garlic
1 big spoon olive oil
Suitable amount salt and pepper
1/2 Big spoon Rosemary
1/2 Small spoon Parsley



1.Cut off shimeji mushroom of hard tip and break up it into a piece of mushroom.
Break up maitake mushroom of brown part and cut white hard part into 5mm slices.
Cut garlic into slice thinly.

2.Add olive oil in a pan and heat up it over a high flame, add garlic in it. After garlic smells its scent, add rosemary in the pan.
Moreover, add shimeji and maitake mushrooms in the pan and stir fly it. After it’s all cooked, add salt and pepper in it.

3.Dish up 2 and sprinkle parsley from above, finish.

This dish is very savory smell of garlic and herb.
