Recipe to use radish all up! Radish tuna salad
・Serving size：1 person
・Preparation time：10 minutes
・10g potherb mustard
・30g canned tuna
・A pinch of white sesame
・15g halal certified mayonnaise
1. Cut radish in rectangles, put into a boiled water and boil for 30 seconds.
2. Mix pieces of boiled radish with potherb mustard which cut into 4cm width and make them wilted on residual heat.
3. After cooled, put canned tuna, sesame, white sesame, salt and mayonnaise and mix all together.
・When you buy a can of tuna, please be aware of directions of raw materials and choose products which include oil of vegetable origin and exclude “seasoners (amino acid etc)”.
