Almond jelly

<Ingredient&Amount>
0.8g bar agar
45g water
12g beet sugar
40g milk
3g almond powder
12g water
◆40g syrup
32g water
8g beet sugar
◆For decoration
4 pieces of mandarin orange
1/8 white peach
<Directions>
1. Put bar agar cleaved some into a pan filling water and crumble them.
2. Once melt, add beet sugar, then add water beaten almond powder and milk and mix by a wooden spatula.
3. Remove remaind heat and strain 4 times, and cool it down.
4. Cut peach into thin slices.
5. Once almond jelly set, cut in crisscrossing to make diamond shapes, add syrup from the edge, shake a little and float pieces.
6. Serve some on a glass and put peach and mandarin orange as you like.
7. Make syrup. Put water and beet sugar in a pan and boil for 3 minutes.
8. Remove remained heat.

If you add beet sugar after melt agar fully, they will mix with agar perfectly.
