Non fried daigakuimo (Candied sweet potato)
<Basic information>

<Ingredient&Amount>
300g(1 piece) sweet potato
10g sesame oil
30g sugar
5g soy sause
10g honey
20g water
5g black sesame
<Directions>
1. Peel a sweet potato and cut coarsely and put in water for approx 10 minutes.
2. Drain off water, wrap with plastic wrap and heat at 500w for approx 5 minutes (Able to make holes by using a bamboo slewer.) .
3. Put sesame oil in a fry pan and make it colour in brown and mix with sugar, soy sausem honey and water.
4. Sprinkle black sesame and ready to serve.
<Cooking point>
When mix with seasoner, please remind not to stick pieces of sweet potato together.
