Soybeans meringue


<Basic information>

<Ingredient&Amount>
200g soybean
70g sugar
300g water

 

<Directons>
1. Boil soybeans.

2. Measure and take 20ml cooking liquid.

3. Beat up by a whisk.

4. Add sugar little by little.

5. Mix until it goes like being hard.

6. Line bite sizes.

7. Bake at 180℃ in the oven for approx 5 minutes.

8. When the surface get a little brown, ready to serve.

 

<Cooking point>
When you line bite sizes, it would be fasionable and easy if you use an extractor.
