Tofu shiratama dumpling with black sesame sauce


<Basic information>

・Serving size:1 person
・Preparation time:15 minutes

<Ingredient&Amount>

(A)
・35g rice flour
・60g silken tofu
(B)
・1 big spoon fluoridated sesame (black)
・1 big spoon honey
・50ml water

*1 big spoon: 15cc

<Direction>

1. For tofu, drain water off. Put A in a bowl and knead it till it would be earlobe hardness.
Make bite-size balls and make a well in the middle.
2. Boil 1 in full hot water.
Once shiratama (ball) starts floating, boil a minute more and put in cold water.

3. Put B in a small pan and mix well, cook on low heat and mix by a wood spatula, turn off heat once it gets thick.

4. For shiratama (ball), drain water off, serve on a place and add 3 black sesame sauce.
