Minced chicken rice bowl


<Basic information>

<Ingredient&Amount>
100g halal cerified minced chicken
1 egg
A pinch of field pea

■Seasoner
1/2 big spoon beet sugar
1/2 big spoon soy sauce
1/2 big spoon halal cerified seasoner of sweet cooking rice wine taste
2 big spoons broth
A pinch of ginger soup

*A big spoon: 15cc/15g

 

<Directions>
1. Put all ingredients of minced chicken and seasoners in a fry pan, turn on the heat with mixing well.
Cook in mixing, when it becomes ground meat, it is ready.

2. Put egg and seasoner of sweet cooking rice wine taste in a bowl and mix, cook in mixing by cooking sticks, when it becomes ground ones, it is ready.

3. Boil field pea quickly and cut them into good shapes.

4. Put rice, minced chicken, scrambled egg and field pea coloufully in a bowl.

It is better if you cook egg and turn off the heat at the favorite softness
