Shiratama dumpling of wormwood


<Basic information>
Serving size: 10 pieces
Preparation time: 30 minutes

 

<Ingredient&Amount>
100g rice flour
90g water
5g dried wormwood
Proper amount of red beans paste

 

<Directions>
1. Put dried paste into hot water and put back in water again. Drain off the water well.
2. Put water and 1. into rice flour and mix them. When the dough gets softened such as earlap thickness, divide into 10 equal pieces and make balls.
3. Put in boiled water, once balls float, take them out. Cool them down.
4. Serve on a plate and add read beans paste.
