Grilled salmon corn with mayonnaise

<Ingredient&Amount>
70g autumn salmon fillet
0.3g salt
0.01g white pepper
10g corn (can)
20g halal certified mayonnaise
25g snack pea
0.03g salt (For salty boil use)
<Directions>
1. Wipe water of autumn salmon by a kitchen paper and flour salt and pepper.
2. After leave 5 inutes, wipe the wetness lightly again, cook by the skin-side up on a fish cooker, an oven or a toaster.
When colour of the surface changes, cook the opposite side.
3. When cook at 80 percents, mix with mayonnaise and corn, coat evenly on the skin-side up, further cook till showing a little brown on it.
4. Add snack pea by boiling with salt and ready to serve.
<Cooking point>
If water of autumn salmon remains , it smells fishey, thus, please wipe well.
