Fried eryngii mushroom and chicken with garlic and soy sauce

<Ingredient&Amount>
1/2 halal certified chicken thigh
1/2 package eryngii mushroom
1/4 broccoli
1 clove garlic
1/2 small spoon soy sauce
1/2 big spoon oilive oil
*A small spoon: 5cc/5g
*A big spoon: 15cc/15g
<Directions>
1. Cut eyringii mushroom in half crisscrossly (If it is big, cut in 3), and cut into thin slices. Slice garlic thinly. Cut chicken thigh into bite size pieces. Heat broccoli in a mocrowave for approx 1 minutes.
2. Put olive oil and garlic in a fry pan, once it smells, cook the skin side of chicken on medium heat.
3. When the skin side gets crispy, turn back for 2-3 minutes. Put eryingii mushroom and cook the whole in mixing.
4. When eryingii mushroom get wilted, put soy sauce for serving. Put all on a plate, decorate broccoli and ready to serve.
<Cooking point>
It is delicious to cook by salt, pepper and herbs instead of soy sauce.
