Chirashi sushi

Chirashi sushi

<Ingredient&Amount>
110g rice
1 piece seaweed
5g freeze dried been curd
10g carrot
1g dried shiitake mushroom slices
5g dried young sardines
2 pieces snow peas
2 (15g×2) shrimps for sushi
1g cut dried lavar seaweed

■Combined Seasoners
100g broth
7.5g beet sugar
8g light soy sauce

■Strips cooked egg
1 egg
A pinch of salt
3/4 small spoon beet sugar
3/4 small vinegar

■Combined vinegar
15g rice vinegar
15g beet sugar
0.6g salt

*A small spoon: 15cc/15g

<Directions>
1. Cook firmer rice with putting a piece of seaweed.

2. Chop freeze dried been curd and carrot into fine pieces and cook with seasoners. Boil shrimp for sushi and snow peas.

3. Put salt into beaten egg, put salad oil slightly in a fry pan and cook the both sides.
Cut cooked egg into strips and add seasoner mixed with beet sugar and vinegar.

4. Boil vinegar ingredients in a small pan. Once cooked rice, add conbined vinegar circularly and make vinegared rice.

5. Mix vinegared rice with 2., decorate remained ingredients and ready to serve.

Chirashi sushi is a traditional food essential to the Girl’s day on 3rd March.
