Meat sauce
<Basic information>
・Serving size:4 people
・Preparation time:30 minutes
<Ingredient&Amount>
・100g halal certified beef minced meat
・1/2 onion
・1/6 carrot
・A clove of garlic
・A small spoon olive oil
・1 can dice cut tomato
・A big spoon tomato ketchup of Life sauce
・2 big spoons worceter sauce of Takahashi sauce
・Proper amount of salt, pepper and nutmeg
*A small spoon: 5cc / A big spoon: 15cc
<Directions>
1. Chop an onion, a carrot and a garlic.
2. Put olive oil into a pan and heat on medium heat. Put a garlic and fry to prevent burning with care.
Once it smells, put and fry an onion and a carrot.
3. Once an onion fries until half translucent, put beef minced meat and fry further.
When the color of meat changes, put a can of dice cut tomato and mix the whole.
4. Put tomato ketchup, worceter sauce, salt and pepper and nutmeg, boil on medium heat for approx 10 minutes and ready to serve.
<Cooking point>
・Life sauce has been already acquired the halal certification, and although Takahashi sauce has not been acquired to the halal certification, we already confirmed with a manufacturer that there were no problem with use materials.
