Acquired the Grade 2nd of a food life adviser
Hello! It is Hieda, leading “HALAL RECIPES JAPAN”.
This time, I would report that I passed “34th Examination for a food life adviser” held on Sunday, 22 November 2015 and acquired the Grade 2nd of a food life adviser.
A food life adviser is acquired by taking a test held by FLA network organization and it has lasted for 17 years.
It is the “speacialist of whole food life”, to set “think of “eating” from the view point of “life”, grasp a food life from the wide viewpoint totally and make a proposal to send a health life.
The reason why I took this examination is what I faced the difficulty in understanding the food labeling representations, when I learn Halal.
If it is show “soy sauce” in the ingredients, you can not find the ingredients in soy sauce. (It is based on carry over, and we are not required to show details.)
However, when you cook food for Muslims, we have to think about it. Therefore, I need to know details as for food labelling representation and rules of food.
Then, when I look at food labels, I found that there were many food additives and I needed to recognize safe foods according to the right knowledgs.
Another point is that I found that Japanese traditional foods familiar to broth taste is highly close to halal and I thought I wanted to learn Japanese food culture once as myself and a mother.
“What is seasonal foods at this time? What nutrition can we take and what effect can we expect?”
“What traditional food can we cook according to the yearly traditions?”
“I would like children to value food culture.”
Such feeling which I wanted to learn by myself lead to taking the certification examination.
Hence, I will utilize learning points, and I would provide information to support rich food life for everyone who checks this website, either Muslims or Japanese people through “HALAL RECIPES JAPAN”.
Furthermore, towards realizing health, relieved and safe life for people beyond religions and , I will conduct the business.
I would appreciate your support continuously. Thank you very mush for your kind attention.
