Dairy products: Avoid products that contain the emulsifier, margarine, and gelatin.

Margarine
Let’s avoid Margarine, because it contains not only the emulsifier but also trans fatty acids.
Also it’s better to avoid the food that margarine is included in the raw materials.
Because many food contain margarine, Please be careful when buying processed foods .
Butter
Let’s select the butter made only with raw milk and salt. You can not use one that contains the emulsifier.

Cheese
Cheese is the food that split judgement by the people.
Because some people are concered about whether the enzyme to be used for fermentation is halal or not.
It’s usually hard to confirm the enzyme of cheese in Japan.
And Muslim friends told me that there are not so many Muslim who are care about the enzyme.
So basically, it’s enough to select a natural cheese made with raw milk and salt.
Please avoid cheese that contain the emulsifier.
If you are anxious, it would be safe to choose non-use the animal rennet cheese.
